O Barão
Situated within the Pousada Barão de Forrester, the Baron Restaurant, is a space of encounter with the flavors of the Douro. The kitchen of Fatima Galician, head of Pousada Barão de Forrester, proposes a variety of flavours inspired by traditional Portuguese cuisine. The new Charter values, in the kitchen, the freshness and quality of products, meat, the Smokehouse, vegetables ... and wine, the proximity to the Douro region, birthplace of port wine. The Baron is a restaurant marked by warm décor, in black and white tones, referring to the time and space of the Barão de Forrester, Douro and the shale of the terraced vineyards.
