Building built between 1915 and 1919 by an insurance company, who worked until 1925. On this date was leased to businessman Alexandre de Almeida, who completed the construction and adapted to the hospitality industry. In 1926 it was inaugurated the Hotel Astória, which even today is one of the most luxurious hotels in the city.

Founded by the brotherhood of San Antonio, this Church had several farms, whose incomes were in favour of the artistic ornamentation. The Patron Saint can be seen in the sculpture erected in mud, in the pediment of the entrance. Has some marble altarpieces, designed by the architect José Francisco de Abreu and Angelic Velez.

Built between 650 and 665, with the name of São Salvador de Montélios, by the bishop of Braga, São Frutuoso, it was probably rebuilt in the X or XI century, being the only Roman- Byzantine art exemplar in Portugal. Later, the São Francisco Convent, from the XVII century, kept the chapel as an annex.

The Castro de Melgaço is a fortified village proto-history with an elliptical plant wall, with traces of occupation in the Roman era. It has a moat, which allowed a better defense of the town. Consists of fragments of pottery of iron age and Roman times, and a fragment of a anthropomorphic statue. Access to castro is extremely complicated.

Possibly built on a castro lusitano, this castle is situated on a hill. Saves some wall panels, doors, a cistern and all regular plant. You can see the perimeter of the wall surrounding Interior courtyards and the keep. From a distance, it looks like the Crown of a King planted in cabeço de land.

Important example of military architecture, this castle was built in the 13th century. Has the form of an irregular Octagon and the keep, with rooms covered with gothic vaults, is of marble. Currently, the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza and Mayors, the Manueline-mudéjar Chapel. The residential houses, barracks and military warehouses, in Plaza de Armas, are in ruins.

Small church situated in the locality of the same name, about 3 kilometers from Reguengos de Monsaraz. The first reference to this 16th century Church dates back to 1326. Was being constructed over the centuries, although the earthquake of 1755 may have caused some damage. Was recovered in 1998.
