This beach truly is a natural pool, with calm, crystal clear waters. There is a bar, a picnic area and the possibility of recreational fishing.

Located in the municipality of Mação, with albufeira Belver Dam as a backdrop, the river beach of Ortiga provides a set of infrastructure that makes it possible to enjoy pleasant moments of leisure. The surrounding area offers many points of interest, including the network of villages of shale, restaurants and a campsite.
