A Quinta de Marzovelos, agora no centro de Viseu foi, no século XVIII, quinta de recreio da família Condes de prime. Atualmente, reinventou-se com a temática do turismo gastronómico e funciona como restaurante e turismo de habitação. Proporciona uma experiência de turismo rural na cidade e celebra a cultura Beirã com pratos tipicamente portugueses.

Localizado na zona da Foz, numa casa típica desta zona, onde sobressai o seu pátio recatado e acolhedor. A decoração é mimosa e intimista e dispõe de uma diversidade de chás, sumos, bolos caseiros, scones, compotas e torradas. Tem menúsd diários ao almoço e abre ao jantar para grupos mediante reserva.

Pelas mãos de Leopoldo Garcia Calhau poderá apreciar a gastronomia tradicional das planícies douradas que caracterizam aquela região, com propostas variadas que vão desde a pescada, ovo e coentros, à cabidela com miolos e cherovia, e à barriga de porco bísaro cozida.

Fort located at the foot of Serra da Arrábida. Its tower is dated from 1390. In 1572 it suffered enlarging works and was completely remodelled after the Restoration War. The chapel, covered with glazed tiles from the XVIII century, is worthy of notice. In the XIX century it was a prison and later the holydays residence of King D.Carlos and Queen D. Amélia. In 1909; it became a hospital for orthopaedic diseases and maintains its function until today.

It is on the way to Colmeal da Torre that you can find this enigmatic building of Roman origin, classified as a National Monument since 1927. There are several theories and legends linked to this rectangular building with three floors, whose initial function remains undefined, but which was possibly integrated into a Roman villa. One of these legends maintains that it was a prison with 100 cells, where Saint Cornelius, who formerly also named it, would have been imprisoned.

The Parque de Campismo Municipal de Meda, situated in place of Quinta da Doneguinha, is a pleasant location surrounded by landscaped terms hits enough facilitated. The first word that springs to mind when one wants to describe the Natural Park of the Estrela Mountain is "diversity". This central massif that comprises the municipalities of Celorico da Beira, Covilhã, Gouveia, Guarda, Manteigas and Seia, is quite diverse in landscape terms. The central high plain, dominated by the Torre (Tower, the highest pont in mainland Portugal, at an altitude of 1991 metres) and the Zêzere glacier are completely different from other parts of the mountain.

Fundado pelos irmãos Paolo e Odile Bouchard em 2016 para proporcionar aos visitantes refeições que acompanham com brio o o vinho Douro DOC, Porto e Azeite Virgem Extra da Quinta do Tedo, este restaurante passou, em 2023, a ser dirigido pelos irmãos Geadas, que elevam a gastronomia transmontana ao seu expoente máximo.
