This former convent was built in a Valley once desert and it lies the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Orada (formerly called Hermitage). The enormous devotion to our Lady on the part of many local fishermen is demonstrated by the amount of "ex-votos" found in the chapel of the Convent and that illustrate the miracles that occurred through his intercession. In the churchyard are two graves of victims of the constitutional struggles of the 19th century.

Monastery founded in the 12th century by the Benedictine order, was changed due to a fire occurred in 1664. It features a 16th century cloister and part of another seventeenth-century. The Church, dating from the 17TH century, has tiles from the 17th and 18th centuries. Are the sculptures of the main altarpiece, attributed to Friar Cipriano da Cruz, the paintings of the choir stalls, the Rococo-style organ and the cloisters.

Has a porch supported by a series of smooth columns, with capital and elevations with apilastrados corners.

Botica's House is, at the same time, House of culture and the municipal library of Póvoa de Lanhoso. Is one of the oldest in the County, built in 1676 and retired in 1862, before the urbanization plan of the village. In relation to the origin of the name Casa da Botica, Pelican, placed on the façade of the building, gives some lights on designation. It is known that the Pelican now is regarded as religious symbol and as a Christian symbol.

The Castro da Gestosa is deployed on a spur overlooking the village, near the road ER311. Is one of the most important forts of the County, is classified as a Property in the public interest, which stands out for its complex defensive system: has three lines of walls, still well preserved, braces, double moats and polygonal stones embedded. On the upper deck are traces of circular dwellings.

Castro located southwest of Mourilhe, overlooking the ribeira da Pedreira, in line with the castros de Frades. Is covered by a dense undergrowth of Oaks and small and medium businesses. Presents a form roughly circular, surrounded by at least two lines of walls still well percetíveis, among which there are large platforms. On the north side, the defense would be complemented by a moat which precedes the walls.

Typical 18th century façade featuring a door with an oculus above it, complete with a curved pediment and flanked by a bell tower. The inside is covered in 1726 tiles featuring a theme of lilies and dolphins. The high altar’s elaborately worked golden altarpiece features Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Our Lady of Conceição), the church’s patron. Next to the church there is an interesting museum of religious art.

Dedicated to Saint Salvador, the parish church of Santa Cruz resulted from the recovery of the Capela das Almas, from the 17th century, which had already been based on another construction from the beginning of the 16th century, following the 1748 earthquake. It presents influences from the mendicant Gothic and, inside, the baroque and neoclassical gilded altarpieces and traces of paintings on the pillars stand out.

Chapel situated on a small elevation, in the old Rossio das Hortas, surrounded by houses on both sides and with a front patio. Ancient records do repackage its existence to the year 1536. It was then remodelled in the 17th and 18th centuries. Inside are murals, chronicling nine moments of life of St. Peter. The paintings have a baroque nature and are subtitled in archaic Portuguese. Is located on private property.
