Convento da Orada

The Foundation of this Convent is of 1670 and was due to the Discalced Augustinians. Its construction began in 1700, by prior John Calvary, but only in 1741 was finished. Currently, after being recovered by the Convento da Orada, is also Rural Hotel and the archaeological museum, where exhibitions and events are organized.

This former Manor House with views of the Serra da Estrela was recovered and is in good condition. It offers a garden with boxwood hedges that accompany the contour of the existing Lake at ground level and a fountain in the middle of two flights of stairs. In the center of the Lake, there is a fountain composed of a simple pedestal in stone.

Also known as Casa da window, this 15th-century building has a rectangular plan with facades of one or two storeys, in apparent stonework, torn by rectilinear openings with Manueline decoration. In front of the left side there are some tears that, according to the popular, are a result of the earthquake of 1755.

This 18th century chapel with a hexagonal plan stands out for being located right on the sandy beach of Miramar. It was built in 1686 on a rock and is considered a place of worship and pilgrimage, namely through the Pilgrimage of Domingo da Santíssima Trindade, one of the largest and most charismatic in the county.

The Cruzeiro São Domingos (calvary), also known as Cruzeiro de Nossa Senhora da Glória is from the end of the XV century. The original is inside the Aveiro Cathedral since the 70ies. It is a quattrocentist calvary with scenes of the Passion and Death of Jesus Christ sculpted in low relief.

Situated on a lot within 800 meters of altitude, in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela, this castle has been a castro occupied by Romans and destroyed by the Moors in the 9th century, before it was recovered by Dom Dinis. Saves only the enclosure defined by two towers with multiple floors.

Church built in 1747 and remodeled in 1725, has an architecture similar to that of a Spanish chapel. Emphasis on the Altar of Nossa Senhora das Dores, too before 1747 and Baroque influence. It's rumoured that is derived from the dismantling of the igreja de Nossa Senhora do Desterro, on Noudar.
