A village located in a deep valley of the Gralheira mountain. The houses are traditional and made of schist. The inhabitants are shepherds and farmers, namely of corn. It is one of the better preserved villages.

Small artificial dam, located near Parade, which receives the pure water that descends from the Serra Amarela, being fed by two waterfalls: the Saxoeira and the collar.

The Bioparque (Biopark) is in the Forest Park of Pisão, one of the main points in São Pedro do Sul. Its infrastructures relate the vistors both to several nature contact activities and traditional activities. Hence, there is a picnic area, a camping ground, a forest park, pools, lakes, a games field, pedestrian trails, water mills, several sports and leisure, as well as other useful services.

Surrounded by a fertile, moist valley, rather narrow, this village stands out for its small schist houses and its narrow typical streets. It is one of the most touristy villages in the São Pedro do Sul parish, together with Aldeia da Pena.

Located by the side of the road, it has magnificent views of the centre of São Pedro do Sul and of the mountain that surrounds that small town.

The Poço Azul (Blue Well) is a rocky space with crystal clear waters, small wtaerfalls and a rather deepm lagoon where one may swim. It is signalized and it is easy to reach.

Calm and discreet park, with trees and green areas. Lovely views.

Belvedere located 368 meters high. Space of leisure where is possible to observe the serra and the sea, in one of the most beautiful views of the interior Algarve.

The Belvedere of Castanhas is located 330 meters high. From here it’s possible to view the village and also the sea. Perfect spot to leisure and rest.

Peculiar park with a centenary tall tree, offering its shade. It has wood table and benches and it’s ideal for a good time with family and friends
