The garden of Ourique Castle is a peaceful space with a lot of vegetation. Inside, the statue of King Afonso Henriques and the Coat of Arms of the Village stand out.

The Miradouro da Ermida da Senhora da Cola is a popular pilgrimage site, from where it is possible to enjoy a fabulous landscape over the valleys of Ourique.

Also known as Mirante Emydgio da Silva (or Emídio da Silva), who was responsible for the idea of building this place, it was designed by the Italian Nicolau Bigaglia, having been built in the 20th century. It was opened in 1908 and the stone columns were brought from the Lorvão Monastery. This viewpoint provides a beautiful view over the Buçaco mountains, the Mondego River and the village of Penacova.

This rural village is rather important in the historical context of the defense of the Portuguese borders since the foundation of the country. It has several important monuments, such as the Castle of Lindoso and the espigueiros (small cereal warehouses).

A castiça aldeia de Sistelo localiza-se no Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gêres, junto à nascente do rio Vez. Sendo conhecida pelas suas paisagens em socalcos, ganhou o epíteto de "tibete português". Encontra-se bem preservada, tendo sido recuperadas as casas de granito, os espigueiros e os lavadouros.
