movie theater reopened in 2005 after suffering refurbishment since 2002. Here there are sessions of cinema and theatre, various concerts and dance performances, apart from some occasional exhibitions.

Center opened in 2008, intended to hold donations of relief figures of political, social or cultural de Torre de Moncorvo. The two main collections are the background of Professor J.R. dos Santos Júnior (doctor, anthropologist, archaeologist, ornithologist and professor at the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto) and the bottom of Ambassador Armando Martins expanded metal (diplomat, writer and a specialist of Japanese culture).
