The Oceânico Faldo Golf Course (in honor of the architect Nick Faldo), in rugged terrain, connects the two highest extremes of the immense property of the almond tree. The strategy is a factor that should always be taken into account and players have to position themselves well in each shot in order to get a good result. From the first hole, a challenging par 4:0 pm rise, until the last, a magnificent par 5, the hills and undulating terrain can fuel a stimulating game, both in concentration as in expertise.

The Academy Course, a field of 9 holes Par 3, with lighting, located between the Oceanic fields Faldo Course and Oceânico O'Connor Jnr. Course is ideal for beginners and for those who wish to improve their short game. Its construction followed the same strict criteria of quality of Oceanic fields Faldo and O'Connor Jnr. The three options of tees on each hole allow variations on the payline and the maximization of each obstacle introduced in green. The library is situated at the Torreão das Portas da Cidade. Non-members can look up, read or request library material and/or use the internet. The library also provides entertainment activities and organizes exhibitions on various themes.

In 1988, the Praia Grande was classified a "Praia Dourada” (meaning golden beach) by the Ministry of the Environment. To highlight the event, a walking trail is proposed to all that visit the beach. The tour is designed so that visitors can best enjoy and appreciate the landscape and existing natural heritage. The trail is split into two walking paths, each around two kilometers long. These are: the trilho nascente (rising sun trail) and the trilho poente (setting sun trail).
