A space devoted to reading, composed of a hall (where small exhibitions take place), an adults section (where papers and magazines may be read), an infantile and juvenile section, the Telltale Room (with a small stage), an expression atelier, a multimedia room and an auditorium.

Inugurated in 2002 and located by the Mother Church oif Vila de Aves. Iut features neomanuelin altars, gold ornamented frontons and several religious images. It has about 70 objects that range from the 18th century to our days.

A space devoted to culture, located in the building of the Junta de Freguesia (a division of the Town Hall) of Saint Tomé de Negrelos.
