The trails along the mountain, where one should visit the Leijido brook, the belvedere, the eolic park of Pena Suar with views of the village of Covelo do Monte, the deactivated mines of Fonte Figueira (Pedrado) and the belvedere of Our Lady of Moreira.

A trail that starts at the Rua river beach, in Aboadela. It is 12 km long and crosses the parishes of Sanche, Olo, Vila Chã and Gondar.

A walk by the brook of the same name, 6 km long, along the parishes of Gondar, Lufrei and Vila Chã. It starts and finishes by the romanesque church of Gondar.

This mountain village, located in the Gouveia parish (São Simão) stands out for its granite houses. The chapel is located on a hillock. Nearby, there is the "mamoa" of Saint Simão, an archaeological site classed as a parish value construction.

This small village, located at the Mancelos parish, is known for the battle that took place during the French invasions of the early 19th century. It has interesting rural houses. In fact, it still has the house with a tower and battlements, medieval in origin, where the artist Amadeo de Souza Cardoso was born. The set is composed of the house, the cellar, the church with tiles and the painter's workshop.

A small mountain village, composed of just a few houses, at the Aboboreira mountain. Quite scenic.

At the Abobadela parish, council of Amarante, this small village has about 100 inhabitants. Located in a rather pleasant area, by old chestnut trees that once belonged to the Convent of Saint Francis, it has a 17th century pillory (classed as a public interest construction) where the last death penalty in Portugal took place.

The sacred art museum is under the purview of the parish of São Gonçalo and is installed in the Church of São Domingos. Consists of five themed rooms: living room and Junho | Liturgical; Decorative Arts room; Living room Painting-Pinoteca; Imaginary room of the 16th-17th and 19TH century Imaginary room.

The Aboboreira Mountain has wonderful views, namely on the Baião and Marco de Canaveses sides. It is located by the Marão Mountain. The Menhir of Travanca, one of the most complete in the Iberian Peninsula, is located there.
