This pillory has a cubic base with a flat and octave shaft, ringed in its centre and on the fringes. The top is parallelepiped with the faces decorated with an armillary sphere, the Christ Cross and the national Coat of Arms.

Monastery founded in the 12th century by the Benedictine order, was changed due to a fire occurred in 1664. It features a 16th century cloister and part of another seventeenth-century. The Church, dating from the 17TH century, has tiles from the 17th and 18th centuries. Are the sculptures of the main altarpiece, attributed to Friar Cipriano da Cruz, the paintings of the choir stalls, the Rococo-style organ and the cloisters.

A pedestrian trail that starts in Miranda do Corvo and crosses Gondramaz and the abandoned village of Cadaval. It is 7.5 km long and lasts between 2.30 hours and and 3 hours. Along the trail, besides the flora and the fauna, there are well preserved schist villages.
