This is one of the seven chapels built in 1727 by the brotherhood of our Lady of consolation and Santos Passos, demonstration of popular devotion to the Passion of Christ. Over the years, the steps were being transferred or dismounted and, currently, only five of the original seven steps.

This Gothic church suffered several transformations, particularly on the 18th century. On the main chapel it is possible to stand out the most remarkable Joanine altarpiece from the city, the golden carved altarpieces, and pelmets in Rocaille style and glazed tiles panels showing scenes from Christ life. Church of revival architecture and eclectic, with a Latin cross plant consisting of a single ship. This church took 173 years to be completed, and for finishing the chancel. Inside, there is a cruise covered by an octagonal Dome, lit by eight stained glass Windows.

Romanesque, Baroque and neoclassical Church, belonging to the medieval former monastery of the Canons of St. Augustine. It consists of a longitudinal plan with a single nave and a chancel lower and narrow. Still retains some vestiges of the primitive Temple, such as cornice with Visigothic and Lombard band decorated element.

This is a Romanic church with one only nave, main chapel and bell ringer tower. From the original temple it only maintains the corbels remains on the top. It underwent several improvements, displaying, mostly, neoclassic features.
Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Oliveira

Romanesque temple rebuilt by Dom João I, in late 14th century, in fulfilment of a promise made to Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, for victory at the battle of Aljubarrota. The chapter room and two wings of the present Romanesque-mudejar elements cloister, which constitute the best set of this style, granite throughout the country. This church has the only set of Gothic painting of ceiling in Portugal. Inside, stands the seventeenth-century choir stalls with neoclassical backrests.
