Located in one of the ground floor rooms of the "Paço dos Dujques de Bragança", this space features a permanent painting and sculpture exhibition, donated by the artist José de Guimarães to his hometown.

This building consists of a basement, intended for parking, a ground floor floor for shops, fruits and vegetables, and an upper gallery for bar and restaurant.
