The "Casa do Penedo" (Penedo House) is a rural farm that produces agricultural goods, including wine. Nevertheless, it has been remodelled and is now a good place to spend the free times with activities for children between 4 and 16 years of age.

The Monastery's farm offers four apartments type T1, 4 stars, equipped with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Each apartment can accommodate two people, with a possibility of extra two more because of the existing convertible equipment. The farm has regional features dating back to the 17th century. The main house is not yet finished. The house will have 6 rooms, 4 of which of Tourism in a Rural Area.
