Church in monte da Falperra, is a beautiful example of Rococo architecture. It is designed by the architect André Soares da Silva Braga, at the instigation of Archbishop d. Rodrigo de Moura Telles. The interior is coated with 18th century tiles ceramist Policarpo de Oliveira Fernandes.
Baroque and neoclassical Chapel, dating from the mid-18th century. In the 19th century was built the porch and also placed the main altarpiece. The interior featured a panel representing St. Benedict, Nossa Senhora da Luz and St. Bernard and an altar in the form of URN.
Built in the beginning of the XVIII, the white and blue glazed tiles, which decorate the inside, tell the story of S. Sebastião’s life. It is a baroque construction with the bell-tower in the back, typical of Braga’s tradition.
Built between 650 and 665, with the name of São Salvador de Montélios, by the bishop of Braga, São Frutuoso, it was probably rebuilt in the X or XI century, being the only Roman- Byzantine art exemplar in Portugal. Later, the São Francisco Convent, from the XVII century, kept the chapel as an annex.
This medieval temple suffered several changes through the centuries. The classification includes the tombs of the Conde Dom Henrique, Dona Teresa, the Infante Dom Afonso and the archbishops Dom Gonçalo Pereira and Dom Diogo de Sousa
Revival Sanctuary located on top of Mount Sameiro, consisting of a staircase, an enclosure for field and a church mass. Around there is a wide space with a tree-lined Park, gardens, a cruise, some sources, a chapel, the Home of the prints, the Dean's House and a restaurant.
