Located in the centre of Almodôvar, in the building of the old Municipal Cinema-Theatre. It opened to the public in September 29, 2007, with artefacts found in the archaeological core of Almodôvar. It is devoted to the first form of writing in the Iberian Peninsula, dating back to the Iron Age, that hasn't been deciphered yet.

Convent built in the seventeenth century, on the site where once existed a chapel dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Conceição. It is composed of the conventual building, the cloister and a small temple of Mannerist and popular features. Inside the high altar and the altarpieces of gilt. Underwent restoration work in 1810 and 1980.

The Palheiros de Veio are primitive structures with a circular shape and culm rooftops.

A museum and a small library located in a centennary building, recovered in 1982 and 1983. It exhibits paintings, drawings, sculptures, books, diploms and medals by Severo Portela.

Temple which features Mannerist, Baroque and neoclassical architecture. The lateral altarpieces and collaterals, portal and belfry Baroque characteristics and the altarpiece of the high altar is neoclassical.
