Located in the building of the old county jail. More than 500 years old, the place was recovered and a restaurant appeared. On the back side of the Santa Maria Church, it serves quite original regional dishes. It has a bar and a waiting room.

Despite being a typical restaurant, speciality is suckling pig, but have other dishes also tasteful, with the advantage of being all at affordable prices.

Single-spaced, with nice atmosphere. Suggests regional dishes, but also of Italian cuisine, especially the pizzas and pastas.

Pension restaurant, operating above the café. The room becomes warm, thanks to a fireplace that has. Here you can taste the most typical local gastronomy, from soups to dishes like Lamb (comes in various modes) or the feet of seasoned with garlic & coriander.

O Restaurante da Herdade das Servas, localizado em Estremoz, apresenta uma cozinha de inspiração regional, com algumas abordagens mais contemporâneas. A harmonização de cada prato com um vinho da "casa" é politica do espaço que oferece ainda um menu de degustação (€25) e um menu vínico (€50). Das especialidades fazem parte os Cogumelos grelhados e recheados com farinheira, a Sopa de tomate à alentejana, o Cação de coentrada e as Costeletas de borrego panadas. Para além da ementa fixa, apresenta sugestões diárias ou de fim de semana, como o Borrego assado no forno.

In the Alentejo, Herdade da Silent is a wine tourism, very familiar, surrounded by vineyards and views of the immense Plains of Alentejo. The Guest House consists of three double bedrooms with private bathroom and other facilities, and an outdoor pool. Herdade da Silent offers breakfast service and traditional home-cooked meals made by the estate (with prior order) from products grown and harvested on the property, and other regions, as meat and cheeses.
