Political and administrative architecture building, neo-classical, simple rectangular plant, with two storey façades. Is characterised by its sobriety and simplicity of lines. Currently serves as Town Hall of Valença.

Building outside the walls of the fortress of Valença, designed by the architect Ventura Terra. It was built in the 20th century and throughout its history has had various occupations, first as a former Asylum Fonseca, after Portuguese School, Municipal School of Secondary Education and, currently, Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais.

This Baroque industrial building has a rectangular plan and it is narrow, long and formed by three bodies oriented towards the Southwest. Nowadays it is in ruins.

Is one of the strong in "architecture of the Earth" still subsisting in Portugal, being totally built in clod (mixture of Earth, clay, pebbles and stone uvula), without any trace of masonry. Featured ample dimensions, with tents to barracks, stables and warehouses, and can accommodate 2000 infants and 500 horses. Currently covered by pine forest
