Statue erected in homage to Maestro César Battle, a native of Oeiras and founder of Saint Amaro de Oeiras.

This pillory is settled in three octagonal steps with a flat and octagonal base. The shaft is pyramidal, with round corners and it forms a voluminous bulge on the inferior part. It is decorated by three large frames and the finishing has a bell shape.

Located in the Marques de Pombal Palace, here you can see an ancient staircase with various statues and various ornaments.
