This is an 18th century building which was restored during the Joanine period. It is worthy to mention the stonework finely elaborated on the door, pediment, windows, towers and niche. On the main chapel the altar is dedicated to Our Lady of Consolação (Consolation).

Romanesque temple that already has elements of transition to Gothic. It consists of two juxtaposed rectangular volumes (a single nave and a chancel), with the façade torn by a full-back arched portico with archivolts. The corbels and capitals are decorated with zoomorphic and phytomorphic motifs. The broken triumphal arch and the rose windows already announces the Gothic.
