This is a Manueline pillory with a twisted column divided by a ring on its middle. It is decorated with fitomorphic elements and the superior part is finished by a capital decorated with the former municipality Coat of Arms.

Bust located in a small grassy area and fenced, erected in honour of José María Fonseca Cabral da Câmara, 4th count of Belmonte, 13th Lord of the Majorat of Ota, and Deputy Mayor of Alenquer between 1878 and 1882.

This neoclassic commemorative Padrão is topped by straight and balled frames and a heraldic block in relief. Initially it was located next to the bridge and afterwards it was moved to this garden.
