This is where the administration of the "Ecomuseum" functions. The SEM is composed of six museums and two extensions and has three traditional recreational boats. In these spaces one can find archaeological, artistic, ethnographic, technical and industrial collections, as well as many documents.

This space has a recreational area, a service for the community, it lends all types of documents, audiovisual service, a children's-juvenile area, a magazine/newpaper area and a computer area.
