Placed in the north area of the city, this pole belongs to the municipal library.

This museum features the collections of Sebastião da Gama, namely photographs, personal objects, manuscripts and first editions of his works. The museum has a library and a small auditorium, a multimedia kiosk and welcomes conferences and presentations.
