A village where many houses have porches and flowers. The architectural heritage includes the Mother Cghurch devoted to Our Lady of the Neves (Snow), the chapels of Our Lady of Conceição and of Saint Simão and the Graja Farm with its Templars Convent. A special note to a stone dam and to the Cadaval and Caldeiraão caves as well. The craftswork includes masonry and wood objects.

A small rustic village with one floor houses, built in massif moorish bricks. Surrounded by oliv trees and fertile lands with orchards, agriculture is its main activity. On the north side there are pinewoods.
