This neomanueline pillory in cage was recently rebuilt by reusing its octagonal shaft. It presents six octagonal steps, an octagonal shaft, an octagonal capital in the form of a trunked pyramid and, finishing it, a sphere.
The current chapel was erected in the 19th century, where there was an ancient chapel, which was destroyed by the population in the early 19th century, due to the transfer of the image of our Lady of miracles for the Cathedral of Viseu.
The chapel consists of a simple longitudinal plan, with a nave, a choir-high and a chancel. Enhancement for the altarpiece-mor of gilt and national barrel vault ceiling, decorated with five rows of caissons with paintings of Saints and their attributes.
Building constructed in the 19th century, according to the plant engineer António José de Sá, in 1879 was installed here the Town Hall and the Court. In 1892 suffered a fire and was later rebuilt.
