This hotel, built in a 19TH-century Manor House is a rustic and familiar space. The decor features some allusions to the time of its construction and family portraits. It has six rooms, all with private toilets and heating, dining and snacking at the request, and guided tours to vineyards.

The House integrates a set of buildings typical of the region, associated to the flour mills powered by the force of water from the river. Rebuilt in 2003, the Centennial House maintains the same traces of the old House. The garden in front of the House, from the living room, is par excellence a privileged balcony, overlooking the river Alva. The surrounding the beach is characterized by a vast forest cover, which makes it pleasant walks, bike or off-road motorcycle.
