Here we find the registration of the Carnival tradition of the village of Podence, associated with the typical Caretos. There are exposed costums, rattles, masks and all the clothing of these enigmatic figures.

An ethnographic museum that is rather linked to the rural way of life. It exhibits the human aspects of every village in Trás-os-Montes: the peasant's objects, the popular art and the objects that picture the passage from the rural life to the industrial world.
