This space has an interior garden and an auditorium for about 200 people. It is possible to read, borrow books, listen to music, watch videos, access the internet, consult the Municipal Archive of Felgueiras, among others.

The museum is structured in four distinct areas: Arts and Crafts, Agriculture, Fishing and Sacred Art, with other sections with various traditional tools. The pieces on display represent an era that begins in the last century until the present day.

The Casa da Culture (Culture House) is a 125 square metres area for exhibitions.

Located in the "junta de freguesia" de Idães, the library is a good place for reading books, magazines or newspapers, to take books home, to watch movies and to listen to CDs. It has free internet service and educational and leisure activities such as exhibitions, conferences and meetings with writers.

Is one of the most emblematic buildings of Felgueiras, the construction dates back to the 19th century, with a characteristic facade of the era, most notably the large Windows ripped ornate stonework around and paint color characteristic of the time.
