It can be acceded by boat at a price of 1.60 € but one must take heed in some windy days when the waves may be over two metres tall. Varied restaurants, with a special note to fine shellfish.

A truly beautiful wide stretch of sand that can be acceded only by boat, from Olhão. Quite attended by divers, it has white sands and crystal clear waters. There are quality restaurants that serve a wide variety of shellfish.

A small river beach located by the small town of Fuseta. Despite its dimensions and the fact that the water quality could be better, it becomes crowded with tourists in the summer. Nearby there are several restaurants that serve mostly shellfish dishes.

This is one of the best known and trendiest areas in the Algarve. Full of tourist buildings, some more luxurious than others, Praia de Vilamoura is also known for its Marina and the luxury yachts that are moored here. The beach is extensive, clean and flat, has several concessions, with a sea of calm and clear waters.

Beach inserted in the imposing tourist area with the same name, one of the most famous in the Algarve. The golf courses are equally famous internationally. The beach offers all the conditions in terms of infrastructure. The sand is rough, has a concession area, but is relatively spacious. The sea is sometimes wavy, but good for swimming.

Beach with very extensive sand, where the Ria Formosa begins. Located next to a luxury tourist village, it has very clean sand, good quality water and various support equipment. You can choose to practice various sea sports or rent awnings. There are good restaurants and nightlife in the area.

Marina with 1300 berths, at high prices and where it is very difficult to find a place for the vessel. Booking is essential as it is the most popular marina in the country. It has a vast support complex for recreational navigation, providing various repair services (shipyard, electrical repair, engine and sail repair) and has a gantry crane (30 t), mobile crane (3 t), electric crane (1 t ), ramp and tide grid. The surrounding area has several shops, bars, restaurants, hotels, being a place of great nightlife. Next to the marina there are beautiful beaches and golf courses.
