A beach with a very wide stretch of sand, sand dunes and a steep descent to the sea. It is not very attended, hence it remains quite peaceful. There is a restaurant as one gets down to the beach, pleasant and peaceful.

A quite attended beach with a wide stretch of sand, surrounded by granite and huge sand dunes. The large rocks that surround and separate the shore from the houses, protect the latter from the sea storms. On the northern side, there are shacks used by the fishermen for keeping the utensils of the Xávega fishing, a true attraction on the Vagueira beach. The fishermen nter the sea on two paralel boats with a net tied to its extremities and to ropes that stay on the beach. Near the beach there is an aquapark, several typical restaurants and nice terraces.
