A pouca distância da muito procurada praia da Zambujeira do Mar, esta é uma unidade rural recente. Abriu em maio de 2014, depois de uma recuperação que começou em 2009. O nome pode ser justificado com a teimosia (talvez mais paixão) com que os proprietários pensaram e executaram este sonho, cheio de charme e elegância e enquadrado numa bonita e, acima de tudo, viva zona rural.

Não se assume como um hostel temático, mas se o fizesse seria possivelmente dedicado a Portugal. As provas de vinhos e licores, os workshops de fado, história, cozinha e cultura portuguesa fazem parte do dia-a-dia e dão a conhecer o país anfitrião a quem o visita. O Zé Povinho, a típica mulher nazarena e os galos de Barcelos convivem com os hóspedes que podem ficar em dormitórios ou em quartos duplos.

A Quinta da Bica integra um solar seiscentista que sofreu grandes obras de recuperação a nível de interior já neste século e, na envolvente da casa, uma bonita fonte de pedra que dá o nome à Casa – todo este conjunto alberga uma grande propriedade agrícola que se perde para lá dos tempos, pelo menos até ao século XVII. Dispõe de excelentes instalações para todo o tipo de eventos.
