This route, which stretches over 5.6 kilometers, follows the winding lines of the cliffs located between Praia de Vale Centianes and Praia da Marinha. The route runs along a line of cliffs, interrupted by some lines of water, which flow above sea level, giving rise to "hanging valleys". Along the route, the visitor has the help of almost two dozen information panels, explaining the route and identifying the main points of interest.

Located on the Senhora da Graça (Our Lady of Grace) Hill. Views of a wide part of Armamar, with orchards of apple trees, chestnut trees and pine woods. One may also view the village of Cimbres.

This Park surrounds the magnificent Lagoa da Pateira, with its lush greenery and its maritime microclimate. The Park, designed by landscape architect Manuel Dias Vieira, features an outdoor amphitheater, pool, bar and parking.

A tributary of the Cávado river with a length of 37 km and an area of 257 km2. It has its spring on the Gerês mountain and includes the Vilarinho das Furnas dam, with a used capacity of its reservoir of 69.7 hhm3.

Islands located to the northeast of Peniche and the Cape Carvoeiro, a granite formation that is about 280 millions of years old. The largest is the Berlenga Island, but there are several smaller islands around it (Cerro da Velha, Estela and Meda do Norte, among others). It is one of the main nestling and refuge spots for sea birds and also houses a series of other species. Among the animals, a special note to the presence of lizards, namely the ocellated lizard, and among the plants, many herbal species.

At the Parque da Lapa (Lapa Park) there are many different tree species, some quite aged, namely the Cedrus Deodara and the Cedrus Libani. Well located in the centre of town, by the Chapel of Lapa, with very comfortable benches.

Romantic garden placed next to the Galeria das Artes Liberais, from where you reach the chapel and then the Casa de fresco, with a circular draw decorated with sea shells, pieces of Ming china and anthropomorphic figures.

A dam located at the Poldras Brook, a tributary of the right bank of the Meimôa Brook. The reservoir belongs to the Tagus river basin, surrounded by the lovely sceneries of the Cova da Beira. Recreational activities are permitted, albeit with some restrictions.

This village is currently submerged by the Vilarinho da Furna Dam. When the dam is emptied for cleaning or when the water level falls, during drought periods, one may still see the houses, the streets and the walls of the old village.

The Municipal Park of Alagoa is located opposite Praia da Conceição, just outside the city of Horta. Nothing like combining the beach with the greenery surroundings to spend a relaxed day. Offers playground, picnic Park and a multiúsos field.
