This Library offers around 20,000 documents, including monographs, periodicals editions and audiovisual publications. It also has a bar, a children's room, an adult room, an exhibition room and an auditorium with capacity for 187 seats.

This space has an interior garden and an auditorium for about 200 people. It is possible to read, borrow books, listen to music, watch videos, access the internet, consult the Municipal Archive of Felgueiras, among others.

With a considerable acquis in all media, this library, which already has about 50 years of existence is also a pole of cultural dynamization.
