16th century Church of longitudinal plant, consisting of nave and chancel rectangular. Primary archaizing portal highlights of broken bow.

Initially belonging to a female monastery of the order of St. Benedict, founded in the 12th century. However, the extinction of the monastery, in 1418, and the subsequent construction of a new parish church dictated its gradual downfall. Despite the transformations suffered in the 18TH century, the original factory of this church, of small dimensions, constitutes a good testimony of late Romanesque architecture, as evidenced by its main portal. It is worth noting the dogs, of geometric decoration, their elevations sides and Corbels that accuse the existence of a porch on the South side of the Church.

Late-Baroque church of longitudinal plant consisting of a nave, a chancel and a Bell Tower and the sacristy adossadas. Inside, the main altar in gilt national style and, in the sacristy, the ceiling coffers and plan for the trend.

The main façade from the church presents a portico with two archivolts with a lancet arch. On the inside stands out the Spanish – Arab glazed tiles on the main altar and one image from the 14th century in limestone.

Romanesque church, with the most significant traces in the front door, where there is a variety of decor. In the interior, especially the frescoes, which according to some experts, dating from the 15th century.

The primitive church was constructed as a consequence from the Christian Reconquest on the half of the 13th century, being one of the oldest parish headquarters on the town. The structure and the character from the former Gothic church were deeply altered becoming the most important example from the Manueline style in Santarém. It stands out the Gothic doorway and the glazed tiles coverage from the 17th century.

The date of construction of this temple is estimated to have been in 1262, judging from the patent application at the entrance, although it may correspond to the reconstruction of an ancient monastery of an eremitical 11th century which, in turn, was erected on a building-7th century Visigothic suevic-archaeological excavations carried out in 1991 revealed ama structure belonging to a pre-Romanesque temple. To point out the existence of an image of our Lady of Meinedo, in limestone and with traces of polychrome, which is one of the rare examples of Romanesque sculpture in Portugal.

The classification refers to the 15th century fresco painting, located on the back wall of the chancel. The fresco represents Saint Peter and Saint Paul, with traces of three angels in the center.
