Opened in 2007, the movie theater is in the old building of the "Cinema", fully recovered and includes also the Municipal Library, opened in 2005. Is prepared to receive music, dance, theatre, cinema, conferences, seminars and congresses. Has 280 seats-240 in the audience and 40 on the counter. Has a central production unit on the counter where are the tables of light, sound, projector and cinema sound processor, the media player and two translation booths. Has an orchestra pit with a capacity of about 30 musicians.

Traditional living room shows, which often receives the presentations of the typical Portuguese magazine, among other events.

Art Gallery.

Gallery located in Alcântara, in the Perve Gallery, dedicated to the dissemination of national and foreign artists and works of contemporary art. In addition to the regular exhibitions are frequent training workshops and professional internships.
