The Mondego river is the longest Portuguese river. It starts on the Estrela Mountain, at an approximate altitude of 1425 metres and flows to the Atlantic Ocean after 258 kilometres, near Fugueira da Foz. Its tributaries are the Dão, on the right bank, and the Alva, Ceira and Arunca, on the left bank.

Dolmen of polygonal Chamber of nine pillars, two of whom exhibit traces of rock engravings. No runner but has a large roof slab. Was built probably between 2900 BCE and 2640 BC

Temple dating from the 17th century, with a single nave and a facade of moth johannite Baroque. Inside, are the images and the ceiling of the main altar, with 36 paintings of Saints and other symbols still sanctified of martyrs of the primitive Church. Oil paintings by master Jerónimo da Cunha, dating back to the 18th century. Highlights also include the gilt.

Set of medieval graves dug into the rock. Are about two dozen and a half not oval plant with anthropomorphic graves, rectangular and trapezoid. It is believed that this set has been built between the 7th century and 8th century.

Prehistoric settlement dating from the Bronze age, where a large semicircular defensive structure visible. Inside, were found objects in pottery, arrowheads, stone axes, necklaces, etc. Is about 750 meters of altitude.

Medieval chapel built between the 14th and the 15TH century, which still preserves numerous medieval elements, as the door in round arch, the rib vault of warheads, the buttresses and shot dogs to capitals. Highlights also include the gargoyles of Cannon and the frieze above the door and cornice, from the 16th century, and the stonework plowed of the spans. It was rebuilt in the 20th century.

Baroque chapel consists of a longitudinal plan, with a nave, a chancel narrower and the Dispatch House located near, and with different toppings on gable roof in the nave and chancel and four waters in the adjoining House. Inside, the main altarpiece of carved johannite.
