Fica no Tivoli Évora Ecoresort e na carta, é evidente o respeito pelos sabores da região, demonstrados em sugestões para partilhar como o trio de empadas caseiras ou a tábua de enchidos DOP. Mais a sério, são a sopa de cação, as bochechas de porco confitado ou o lombo de javali que se destacam. Para terminar, a explosão de suspiro com creme de maracujá, chocolate branco e gelado de praliné com flor de sal. Absolutamente memorável.
