A beach in between cliffs, quite peaceful, with calm waters, attended by naturists.

A beach in between cliffs, quit peaceful, with two small sandy areas separated by a lovely eroded cliff. Its crystal clear waters are ideal for divers and for those who enjoy recreational fishing. A curious entrance, sea carved on the cliff, is protected from the sun rays. There is a small bar.

To get to this beach one must follow the direction of Alfanzina. It is an isolated beach in between cliffs, protected from the wind, with a small tunnel in one of the hillsides from where one may see the caves.

A rather small beach with difficult accesses by a 500 metres stairway on the rocks.

A beach that is accessed by sea or by the cliff along a 35 metres descent. A discrete place where there is naturism.

A beach located on a hill, pleasant and with good quality water. There are restaurants of relativ quality there with high prices. The Pintadinho Beach is the first maritime beach in the parish of Lagoa, right after the mouth of the Arade river. A stone and cement wall ending in a small lighthouse separates the river and the sea and belongs both to the Pintadinho Beach and to the Molhe Beach. One may get to the beach by following the river course to its mouth or by a rather steep cliff.

Located on the left bank of the Arado river, this small stretch of sand has excellent lansdscapes. Quite pleasant and lovely, the Molhe Beach is sided by the Pintadinho Beach. A stone and cement sea wall separates the beaches (and the river from the sea) and ends in a small, yet lovely lighthouse. It is an excellent option to watch the fishermen or jog a little. To get to the beach, one may follow the river to its mouth or descend a steep cliff, at the Pintadinho Beach.

A beach where the Arade river and the sea meet, with the castle of Saint Jorge de Arade. Quite attended in the summer, with much space and conditions for practising several sports.

A beach that is hardly accessible. To get down to it one must descend a 200 metres high stairway. Below, there is a small stretch of sand and clam waters. It has quality restaurants with typical dishes.
